SCH Long Term Care Repeats 5-Star Rating

Stanton County Long Term Care is pleased to announce that it has received a 5-Star overall rating, from the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), for the second consecutive year.  SCH received a 5-Star rating in 2013 as well.  Five stars is the highest rating given by CMS.
