Stanton County LTCU Receives 5-Star Rating

Stanton County Long Term Care is pleased to announce that it has received a 5-Star overall rating from the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).  Five stars is the highest rating given by CMS. 

A U.S. News & World Report story has identified the states with the most 5-star rated nursing homes.  Kansas ranks 16th in the nation with 78 nursing homes that received a five star overall rating.  Within Southwestern Kansas, only eight of forty-two nursing homes received a 5-star overall rating for 2013.  Nationally, Stanton County Long Term Care is one of only 3,036 (out of nearly 16,000) nursing homes to earn the 5-star rating.
