- I will answer the phone promptly and politely, offer name, department and assistance.

- I will maintain a clean and professional appearance per department specific dress code.
- I will take pride in my environment by helping to maintain an organized, uncluttered and clean environment. I will pick up litter using appropriate infection control techniques.
- I will take responsibility to protect myself, patients and co-workers by following set Infection Control Standard and Safety Protocols.
